Some of the negatives would clear but seldom all of them. I would always put the sheets in dry. I would only do five during a session. When I used the fly screen I was able to clear them all with the rarest of exceptions. I use a unicolor motor base to turn the expert drum and that is probably not as good as the Jobo system but was within my starting budget. I had cleared the negatives in a tray in the beginning but that got old in a hurry. It was such a simple and inexpensive cure that I never looked back. I would be willing to bet that the fly screens would work fine in a BTZS tube. I would be curious to hear from anyone willing to try. Jerry |
