thanks Phil for your responce. i kinda knew I was ok but was feeling "antzy". In fact I talked with Fred Newman today and as usual he was quite soothing. Just for clarity of mind we will do an expsure/processing test. it seems my increased contrast ghost has re-emerged in ne test run yesterday(without the compensating timer!!! Annoying would be an understatement... I ust ran down some new ilford DDX and distilled water and will go at it again tomorrow.
