Jorge was kind enough to do a few of the curves for me. His white light curve was EXACTLY the same as mine to two decimal places. I just blew up a spread sheet graph REAL BIG on the screen to get my readings. So, at least I know that part of my process is close enough. I just read on another forum that Sandy King tested some Ilford grade 2 paper and came up with something like 1.3. Just to make sure I understand this correctly. There is no ISO standard, but the proposed one in the book says that 1.3 would be grade 1 and 1.05 would be grade 2? I bought some graded Kentmere and hope to test it this weekend. |
