Kevin --
The light source requirements are:
1 - Fairly neutral color 2 - Uniform illumination of an area of the baseboard at least 12" in diameter. 3 - Baseboard intensity of at least EV 4 as measured on a white card with a spotmeter set at ISO 100. 4 - Precision control of exposure time at 1/2-second or less.
I'm not familiar with your Heiland unit but I don't think testing with either yellow or magenta light would be very satisfactory. If it has an alternative cold light head you should be able to use it.
Can you find a copy of the BTZS book? It contains complete instructions. |
