1 - Roll and sheet versions of most films (including TMax 400) behave similarly but differences in processing method (constant vs intermittent agitation) will cause some differences in development time.
2 - The Stouffer steptablet is fine for both contact (sheet film) and projection (roll film) tests. Projected size is not important; 1:1 is fine if it's convenient.
