Depending on the color you want on the print the Na2 method is good or not. The Na2 method produces a more neutral tone as opposed to the brownish warm tones that the more traiditonal contrast control methods yield. The advantage of the Na2 method is that you can print negatives that dont have too much contrast.
If you plan to use a stainning developer you will need a densitometer that reads UV light transmission, the regular densitometers do not work for this.
I use pyrocat HD at 2:2:100 and my times are from 3 min to 16 minutes, I can send you my winplotter curves if you want to use them while you get yours dialed in. I guess you should do the same for Pyrocat MC.
