Robert --
If you have any of the Bromofort paper left, run a quick test with the Plotter. Then run that test file through the Matcher, pairing it with a film that has given you the results you like. Finally, save that match and use it as a standard of comparison for other film/developer/paper combinations. Any combination that matches your standard closely will probably give you similar gradation.
