Very simple, take them out show them and compare how easy the incident system is as opposed to all the calculations you have to do with the ZS. I just got converted, as many others out of boredom I picked up my second edition and started really reading it. I decided to give Phils method a try in the field and lo and behold, so simple, so easy to arrive at the exposures.....Now I kick myself in the butt for having this book for about 10 years and never reading it as I should have....Testing they say? well testing in the ZS is not that easy either, so what Phil advocates is not that far out....Plotting all those curves? well yes, it was what put me off to beguin with, but now with the winplotter, there is no reason not to learn this wonderful system.
