Sorry this is a little long...
Well, I have exposed many sheets of film. I have tested with two light sources for exposure. My enlarger and a sensitometer.
My enlarger seems repeatable and is what I would prefer to use as its easy to adjust the EV value. Not very easy with the sensitometer.
My curves are somewhat 'lumpy' using the enlarger. The sensitometer curves are much smoother. I guess this is related to the light wavelength in the enlarger (Tungsten)?
I closed in on EV 3.4 with the enlarger which gave my psp point close to 2.4 with Delta 100 in D76 at 1+1.
I have just done a five sheet test with Acros 100 in Fotospeed FD10 at 1+9. The curves are the familiar slightly 'lumpy' shape. However the EFG/SBR chart puzzles me. Moving from a SBR of 4 to 10, the film speed increases initially, then decreases, then increases again? Is this possible?
I assume this is mainly due to the 'lumpy' curves so I may have to return to the sensitometer? Any advice welcomed.
