Hi Barry,

If the "bump" is consistent on all curves basically in the same spot you may find it is due to a slight mis reading of the original step wedge values you put into the plotter.

If you haven't, do this -- create a base step wedge read with your densitometer.

Create a new film and then read the step wedge step by step and replace the values that currently appear in the new film file. The values you need to alter are in the first column on the left. All you need to do is select the field and enter the data. Save this file with a recognisable name say "Stouffer_Heiland base" or whatever.

Now when you do your testing you create a new film and select the option to use a new step wedge. Load the one you have created. The winplotter program now bases its information on the actual values of your stepwedge and your densitometer.

Steve
