There isn't really a database of reciprocity codes although there is a list of them I've supplied to Fred. The codes are specific for each film/developer combination; the letter indicates exposure adjustment, the number indicates development adjustment.
Go to BTZS.org under "Articles" and read "Managing Exported Film Data." That explains how the codes are used and how you get them into the program. Then If you'll tell me what film/developer combinations you're interested in I'll send you those reciprocity codes.
