Thanks very much, Phil. If the second paragraph was in the book I would have had no need to write. The figures 3.7, 4.7, 5.8, 7.4 and 11 I now see are the stops equivalent to the log values of the SBR.
Enjoy your vacation! I hope that Colorado has had better snow pack this winter than we've had here in the upper, left corner of the country.
