I don't have any data on Efke 100 but if it's somewhat similar to Efke 25 I'd expect it to be closer to an honest 50 and relatively contrasty. D-76 1+1 should be safe but I'd suggest a higher dilution for DDX, at least 1+6 and perhaps even 1+7.
I'll be interested to hear how your tests work out.
