Depending on what you use (tank, tubes)a dilution of 1+11 may be too dilute for proper developing. In my case using the 4X5 tubes, there would only be 5ml of developer concentrate (total 60ml). That would make me nervous. I can't find any data from Ilford on this. I am sure Phil will have the answer.
