I have done a film test using HP-5 plus and ddx. Unfortunatly my speed point was in the 2.7 range. If I used the highest speed point reference in plotter at 2.6 my efs an efs ranges from 500 at g5 to 425 at g. 7.5 and back up to 500 at g 8.5. I know these figures are wrong and the film dev combo would probably give me an efs of around 320-400. My guestion is until I do the test over again can I photograph at iso of around 400 and use my curves to obtain a reasonably good development time? 2'nd why would my film speed be increasing from 425 at g. 7.5 to 475 at g8.5?
Thanks Richard |
