I have done some paper tests and I'm about to start my film testing. I have seen a couple of posts here suggesting ways to 'close in' on my PSP using a single sheet before doing the five sheet test. I would like to try this as a way of saving some time and materials.
To start I will be using Delta 100, D76 1:1 at 20C and exposing the film at EV4 as suggested. If I expose one sheet and develop it for 4 Min's, what maximum density should I expect on the film? I ask this question because there are differences in postings here relating to this value. Also I note that Phil's data for this combination gives a maximum density of 0.95 at 4 Min's development.
Any advice appreciated, thanks.
