I agree. The amazing thing to me is the numerous times comments about BTZS is referred to as being too "complex or technical". The genious in BTsz is its simplicity and straight forward approach. It seems some would rather use about 20-30 sheets of film and countless sheets of paper to decide whether they have enough shadow detail or not recorded. Sometimes Sandy King and other BTzs users seem to be "casting their pearles before the swine"...and getting them "trampled in the dirt". At this point I am most interested in learning how to see and make meaningful photographs. With BTZs i can approach my learning experience with a solid foundation. |
