Hi Shannon,

Based on my experiences using my Saunders LPL 4500 enlarger with a color head, 30M of filtration should probably not be that flat. I also have an Esseco Densitometer that I purchased on E-bay that was refurbed from the factory so I think I'm familiar with your model. Letting the densitometer warm up for a couple of hours is probably a good idea, I know I can turn mine on and calibrate it and then check calibration an hour later and there is some drift. After it gets "hot" though readings are stable.

How are you calibrating and zeroing your reflection probe? With the check plaque I hope. How many steps to you have on your test strip? Also did you try doubling the filtration? I think that the DeVere cc settings may be different from Kodak cc values so there may be an effect there.
