This is not an issue that would trouble me very much. It's another of the many pesky influences that we can't measure and can't control, practically, at least not without a lot of research and special effort.
On the "worth worrying about" scale of 1 to 10, I'd rank anomalies in TMY's spectral sensitivity somewhere around 0.01. What's at the top? Visualization and metering, at 10+.
