I just got a pair of 5x7 BTZS tubes. I've lost the sheet that came with my 4x5 tubes. It had a table that gave the amount of developer required for each size tube. I seem to recall that the amount for a 5x7 tube was about 4 ounces. What is the correct amount of developer for a 5x7 tube?
