Phil, I understand now about the PSP being the benchmark on which we measure from. That is a constant. What I am still confused about is the ISO of the film. I am assuming the ISO of 125 to be the pictoral ISO due to the non aero designation (I will call Kodak today to try and clear this up). So, if I have exposed the film (one sheet) to an EV of 2.67, because 3.0 is my PSP benchmark, and I still have so many clear steps, do I go ahead and do a test of the entire family to see where it all falls in spite of the number of clear steps visible at the 8 min. dev. time? I only did one as I'm in very unfamiliar waters due to the nature of this material and in retrospect perhaps I should've done the entire family from the start. I'll send you the curve offline and maybe you can comment on that as well. Also, does a Bplus fog of .14 indicate fogging? I am serious about a careful examination of this film due to not only the cost savings in 8/10 but it's usage in the ULF camera formats. |
