again thanks Phil for your direction. I did do a bit more experimentation. I changed to f/22 at 120/120/120 as compared to f/11 at 60/60/60 so that i would have "room" to dial down for faster films. I was thrilled to see virtually identical curves and speed point with this change. For now I will asume that a save range for exposures will be in the 60... to 120... range. This will be quite easy to be consistent with and should be accurate. Now, for clarification, I am going to test HP5. I will dial down to f/22 60...which theorectically should be 2 stops less exposure than the iso 100. I should be able to expose the 5 sheets of HP5, process, plot and move the data to the palm and give it a field try? Did I miss a step (smile)? |
