Randy,
There's definitely some sort of issue with the curve data that is making Plotter believe the speed point is higher than would be expected, but I'm not sure what exactly it is. It could be an overall test exposure issue. It's not a Plotter bug anyhow.
Hopefully Fred can pinpoint it - he has a bit more experience interpreting these sorts of film test data issues.
