I copied the data from the old 5 inch floppy on to a 3 inch floppy, then from the 3 inch floppy into the hard drive on my Win XP computer. I then clicked on 'Plotter.exe" and away it went, asked for my printer, etc., and I printed test outputs. But all in glorious black and white, not color, even though the BD and BDTST programs all said I had a color printer. I suspect the driver for generic HP Deskjet does not triger my 612C's color mode. This is not really a problem, just a suprise. In the past, I was using a dod matrix printer, so only have black and white graphs for everything else anyway.
The program sure runs fast on the new machine!
I then copied all my paper, film and my step tablet one and two data, and so am ready to go again.
Thanks for all the input. Maybe some day I'll up grade to the Win version, but I did make a simple Lotus 123 template back in the 70's, and for show and tell plots I convert the data into that program.
