Here's a very general procedure that should work for you. Flatten the photo out and light it evenly, then place the incident meter in the center of the print, with the dome facing the lens, and take the reading. if the photo is on dull-surfaced paper or distinctly faded, base the exposure on that reading and develop for a range of 5 stops. If the photo is in good shape and on lustrous or glossy paper, increase the exposure by a stop and develop for a 6-stop range. Don't forget to include some exposure increase for bellows extension if you're closer than about 8 focal lengths to the subject.
