The PSP simply establishes a calibratioin link between your meter and your test conditiions. Changing the PSP will affect the EFS values in Plotter but if the change results from a change in meter calibration the two should cancel out.

Unless you have reason to believe your meter calibration is seriously wrong I'd advise not worrying about it. You can learn to get good results with any meter, regardless of calibration error, if the error is consistent.
