One of the benifits of the tubes system is temperature control. The tubes are very temperature stable and as they sit in a relatively large water bath there is little temperature change. If your darkroom temperature is extreme one way or the other you will have problems controlling your temperature.
The tubes are superior to all methods of processing I have used. I have 2 Jobo units taking up space in my darkroom and I will never use them again. Great units but not as useful as the tubes when using the full BTZS method of exposure and development. |
