Yes Robert, that is correct. The issue as I understand it is, that not all meters give true EV readings unless they are set at 100 ISO. Some meters apparently adjust the EV readings and ExpoDev needs the unadjusted EV values in order to work correctly. If you always set your meter at 100 ISO for all films and let ExpoDev worry about film speeds and exposures then everything will work out just great.
