What went wrong.

I just got a funny result. I made a test for 400TMY, the developing times were 3,7 and 16 minutes. Once the charts are plotted the resulting EFS were 250, 640 and 400++ respectively. This does not make sense. If I smooth the curve I get 250, 400- and 400+ which makes more sense, any guesses as to what could have happened?
