Yves --

You may be able to use your camera for film text exposures but it may take some time to establish a reasonably accurate, reliably repeatable procedure.

To minimize the center-to-edge illumination difference at the film plane, rack your lens out to the full length of your bellows. Point the lens at an evenly-illuminated area such as one or more sheets of trans-illuminated translucent plastic. This light area doesn't have to be in focus so it can be quite close to the lens and relatively small. Experiment to determine the best arrangement, checking the illumination uniformity by loading a holder with a sheet of printing paper, and examining the exposed, developed image. This is a fairly sensitive test because paper is much contrastier than film is.

Adjust the light intensity to permit a test exposure time of 1/4th second or less, using the camera shutter to control the time.
