I needed to re do my initial speed test and didn't have any Delta 100. Luckily this forum is still available because I found Phil's instructions for my very situation using FP4+. I did the 3 sheet test and set the speed to 100iso and lined up the iso triange. Seemed too easy but after doing a "real" film test and then an exposed sheet based on that test everything is exactly right. The result looks good.
