I have been using a spotmeter and I belive most of my errors, when they occur, are misjudgement of shadow placement. So I believe I should try the incident metering method. I guess my first concern is the calibration of the incident meter versus the spotmeter. If I have run my tests with the spotmeter and trust it for my work, should I try to calibrate my incident meter to the spotmeter? I thought measurement of a graycard with each meter and then applying a correction to the incident meter may be the way to go? |
