Hi Elliot,
I don't think the Plotter software allows the number of steps changed. Perhaps someone with more knowledge will come along soon?
Although the resultant curves are not linear, I suspect that a reasonable result could be obtained by interpolating the results plotted in Excel to find 21 steps? However I think it would be much easier just to use a 21 step wedge?
