I primarily use TXT and D76 for my 8x16 and 7x17 negatives and almost always use my palm with Expo Dev. Fred Newman did the TXT test for me and loaded the palm up.
My question is - when I select an ES of 1.65 for palladium, does the palm program automatically take in to account the required EFS for the specific SBR? For instance, if my SBR is 4 or 5.6 requiring very long development for palladium, does the program take in to account the issue that the low shadows will move up the scale by 1/2 or even a full stop?
When I forget my palm ( which I do a lot!) I rely on the EFS/Sbr data that my friend Dick Arentz shared with me and is in his book and have much success.
Thanks
