try first starting in plotter for windows. open the fp4 film in plotter. go to File and choose export to ExpoDev.. fill in the boxes and then press OK. Then use ExpoDev Manager with the file name(and location) you gave it in the plotter dialog. Things should transfer when you hotsync. Removing the files from your palmT3 should be done first and as a seperate step if you have a complexed sync sequence which links your palm to the internet( like my medical PDr update program). Simply go to ExpoDev manager and select remove for each film you want removed and press apply and ok and hotsync. If this doesn't work you should get a message both on screen and on your palm saying what happened. If that doesn't occure either you need to reconfigure your palm sync. On your palm go to hotsync.. then tap hotsync in upper left corner....choose conduit setup from drop down menu... then make sure there is a check mark in the box next to ExpoDev. Have you ever been able to sync with this palm and the BTZS software before. any error messages? Hope this helps.
