I am not sure about palm Tx, I have BTZS on my palm Treo phone and on Palm Tungsten, both have 'documents to go' on them and I have not experienced this problem. My suggestion is to back up your Doc to go data then completey remove doc to go and then do a fresh reinstall of doc to go. While doc to go is off your palm make sure that ExpoDev is working properly before reinstalling gthe doc to go. Every time I have had a problem with a program crashing my palm as you described It was quickly fixed with a remove and complete reinstall. Best I can do for now. Let me know.
