I have decided to do a re-cal of my BTZS lab and when rereading the article on personal speed point it notes that the lens apert. should be at f/11 with ev at 4.0. my question... does it matter if the light output via a condenser head is focused or not at the baseboard film plane? Is it better to put a neg in first and focus it at the appropriate height and remove it prior to exposure? Probably a silly question but was on my mind.
