This is a "depends" answer. I usually find I can maintain a consistent through put of about 8 - 10 10x8 RC prints in a litre of [1:9] developer per session. I'm certain it will do much more than that but that is usually a reasonable nights printing for me.
The big secret is temperature control. If the temperature drops you will loose blacks and the developer will apear to be exhausted, it is just cold. I keep mine at about 20 - 21 without any problems.
FB paper may have a different capacity in the same developer. Certainly no more though.
