The letter component describes exposure compensation; "A" providing the least, and "E" the most. The number component describes development compensation; "5" leaves development unchanged, "6" decreases development a little, "7" decreases it more. "4" increases development, "3" and "2" increase it more, and "1" increases it most.
"D" would be a logical next step; "E" might be a bit much. If the negative contrast was OK leave the number alone. |
