Sorry to be late in responding. I appreciate the comments and help. I am still trying to nail down the source of the problem.
I understand now why there can't be a bellows contraction factor.
I did my own testing. The curves are working fine with the 150mm lens. I ran another test yesterday just to make sure; still haven't plotted those curves yet, but since negatives with the 150mm lens are working fine, I doubt that the problem is faulty testing.
I suspect right now that the problem is that the lens apertures might not be accurate. I am going to see if I can get that checked tomorrow.
