Plotter for Windows also has a built-in feature to grab images as well. Just press Ctrl-C and then open up a image editor and paste in the image. This works for any of the graph screens.
Don't know if you can copy/paste across the VPC barrier but you could paste in into the Windows paint program and then just save it as a file to transfer to the Mac side of things.
