I am trying to understand the relationship between my paper scale and the negative. For example, let's say the paper scale (ES)is 1.2, and I want to make a negative to match that. Let's say I have a negative where the shadow tones are about 0.5 in density. Would that mean that the printable highlights should be 1.7? |
