before we go any further I would strongly suggest re-installing the palm software. It sounds like you only have a partial install. when you pull up expodev there is a list of all the film files which were present on your last palm sync. If you want to remove them you simply highlight them one at atime and push remove. The next time you sync they will be removed from the palm. one thing you might check is to be sure you have the correct user name in the right upper corner. It has to be identical to the name seen on the palm sync window. Have you ever transfered any files to you T3?
