I think Sandy King may be able to give you some information about pyro-type developers. I don't know his address but he shows up here in the forum occasionally and may see your message.
The 4th edition of BTZS is basically the same as edition 1, but with a lot of detail corrections, mostly revised appendiix material, and a new chapter on Gradation that more or less summarizes what BTZS is all about.
