You could fly into Phoenix, and catch a ride with Fred the rest of the way, or fly into Las Vegas.
I think the Amargosa Hotel might be our best option. Only 30 minutes to Furnace Creek. I'll gather info on rates for a group.
I have 6 film holders that you're welcome to use! And yes, you can mail film boxes and film. I think you'll enjoy using the Wehman. It's lightweight, easy to set up, and the ground glass is nice and bright. Let me know if there are any special accessories you need. My pack has cleaning fluid, a rocket blower, brush, two cable releases, an incident meter, and an umbrella. If you prefer a reflective meter I can bring a Zone VI Pentax meter too. The holders are really clean.
