A significant bug just surfaced in ExpoDev but it's been identified and the fix will be implemented as soon as possible (days? weeks? we're dependent on an "outside contractor" on this problem). I think the Plotter is "fimished" at least to the extent that any software is ever finished.
Yes, there will be an announcement when the programs are ready to go. We're working on the problem.
