The Plotter expects the manufacturer's rated ISO speed. Use that number unless you're _absolutely_ sure that you need to modify it in order to get good results. The ExpoDev program makes the compensation necessary to adjust exposure for field conditions, so if you enter a modified ISO in the Plotter, then export the data to the ExpoDev, it will get "compensated" twice. If you need to override the system's exposure calculations, it's better to do it in the ExpoDev by using the exposure adjustment feature.
