Incident Metering in Slot Canyons |

Hello BTZSers
I am going to be photographing in Antelope Canyon next month. I was wondering if any fellow BTZS photographers can offer insight on using the BTZS incident metering methods with the slot canyons? It seems that it will be hard to measure the High EV and the Low EV with an incident meter. I think that there needs to be overexposure compensation of 1 1/2 to 2 stops when photographing in slot canyons.
Any advice on photographing slot canyons with the BTZS incident metering method would be greatly appreciated.
