Enlarged digital negatives/platinum prints |

I am currently making enlarged digital negatives from scanes of negatives exposed either for silver or platinum paper. The ES of my platinum process is 1.37 with a long toe. The digital negatives are made with an imagesetter 3600 using David Fokos' correction curve. What I would like to do is make an adjustment curve that will make a negative that matches with the platinum paper curve using the matcher function of the BTZS program. Has anyone had success doing this? Any ideas about how to go about this? I'm not sure that using the desitometer on the imagesetter negatives is reliable. Michael Keslin mhkesl@aol.com |
