Yes, when you enter in a Flare value into Plotter the Analyze and Charts screens incorporate that value. The Family and Data sections show the original, entered step tablet density values.
When you export test data for use in ExpoDev though, the Plotter Flare value is not exported and is instead handled in ExpoDev by entering a Flare amount to use per-exposure.
This allows you to Analyze with some general assumed amount of flare but to use per-exposure values for flare in the field depending on the lens used and the lighting conditions at that time.
